WEEK 86 TAIPEI/TIANMU: An email for my mother because she said today is all about her

Hey peeps! I decided to P-day today and talk to my mom cause Mother's Day. Sooooo. Rip this will be short.

It was a good week!

I got news that I'm moving to Xinzhu!!! This is where I wanted to go and the best of it all is that I'm with Elder Gardner!!! Probably the most consecrated missionary in the mission! I'm so excited to learn from him for the next 6 weeks as I learn my last area. It's weird knowing that I'm going to my last area. But I'm so excited for this change and to go be a real missionary again!

However this week was pretty great! We did some audio and video recording. I recorded my first quarter and piano vocal solo piece. Bought a super nice audio interface to do. And had a great time recording music videos.

And also

Yah, honestly I'm just gonna end it here! Hahaha having to much fun! We went and pet pigs and ducks and goats and stuff.

Moroni 10:20 Wherefore, there must be faith; and if there must be faith there must also be hope; and if there must be hope there must also be charity.

   21 And except ye have charity ye can in nowise be saved in the kingdom of God; neither can ye be saved in the kingdom of God if ye have not faith; neither can ye if ye have no hope.

I've always wondered why these 3 were so important. Why they were so linked together and what their point was. I've always been confused.

But I got it! A little.

Charity is the pure love of Christ. If we do not love our fellow men then we cannot enter into God's kingdom. We can't. It's a commandment to love others.

But if we didn't believe that God exists, would we go out of our way to love people? The natural man does not have charity for others. Is not willing to sacrifice for others or give money to others unless he gets something out of it (recognition or praise)

But if we have faith that God exists and loves us we will be willing to sacrifice for others. If we believe that Jesus sacrificed everything for us then we will be willing to pay it forward to others.

People who don't have faith in Christ don't believe that it is because of Christ that we have everything.

As well, we have to have hope in eternal life. We can believe in God, but if we do t hope for eternal life, or hope that we can achieve it, we won't work for it.

This is how faith hope and charity are linked! Can't believe that I've finally learned about this! 終於了！
